The Principality of Andorra is a small region that boasts many attractions for a visit with family or friends.

Located in the Pyrenees mountains, Andorra is well known for its attractive prices, which draw visitors from all over Europe and nearby France, but we know less about Andorra as a sports destination, with its impressive range of summer and winter sporting activities.

From November to April, the destination offers all the charms of true mountain destinations. Skiing is the most popular practice in the Principality which hosts three internationally renowned resorts: Grandvalira, Vallnord and La Rabassa, and top-quality infrastructure.

The Andorran Pyrenees offer superb panoramas and snowshoe trails for hikes adapted to all levels of experience.

How about a very original and relaxing activity? Spend a few hours with sled dogs for an unforgettable experience.

Cycling and mountain biking

Starting in May, you can experience the thrills of mountain trails freshly cleared from the last snows. Mountain bike enthusiasts will have fun on the mountainside trails while cyclists will enjoy travelling through magnificent landscapes on the region’s roads.

Climbing lovers will be happy, as from spring to late autumn, several via ferratas are at their disposal.
